Delivery Details

Delivery costs are as follows -

 ·    £4.50 on all UK orders up to £99.99

 ·    FREE DELIVERY on UK orders of £100 and over

 ·    FREE collection from our office in Lanercost (you will need to select this option at checkout)

 ·    £12 on all European orders

 ·    £20 on all Rest of World orders 

We are very sorry, but currently we can only supply spades, forks and walking sticks to UK Mainland (but excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands). This is because of the restrictions placed on us by our carriers. 

We will normally send items either by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or occasionally by FedEx  

DELIVERY TIME

We aim to send out all personalised orders within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If there is a stock shortage or any other delay we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. In the lead up to Christmas we may take a little longer so to avoid disappointment please order early. If you urgently require an item for a special event then please contact us. We will do all we can to help you out.
