We are very sorry, but currently we can only supply spades, forks and walking sticks to UK Mainland (but excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands). This is because of the restrictions placed on us by our carriers.
We will normally send items either by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or occasionally by FedEx
At checkout you will be required to input your phone number. This is because some deliveries will be sent by carrier and they require your phone number so they can text you to advise the expected delivery time.
DELIVERY TIME
We aim to send out all personalised orders within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If there is a stock shortage or any other delay we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. In the lead up to Christmas we may take a little longer so to avoid disappointment please order early. If you urgently require an item for a special event then please contact us. We will do all we can to help you out.
DESIGN PROOFS
We don't normally send design proofs as most engraving is quite simple and we trust our own judgement regarding the type size and positioning on the product. However please ensure that you check very carefully the wording / spelling on any text you have input when placing your order.
In some cases where there is a logo or graphic involved or if there is a large amount of text then we will email a proof for approval before proceeding with your order. If you would definitely like to see a proof then please add a note requesting a proof in the notes section at checkout.
